Information Collected Automatically • Device and usage information: When you visit the Site, we automatically collect limited technical information such as your browser type, device type, operating system, referring website, and pages visited. This is used to operate and improve the Site. • Cookies: We use essential cookies required for core functionality such as keeping you logged in and maintaining session security. Location Information • Transient location: When you use features like "Near Me" to find bathrooms near you, your device shares its approximate location with us only for the purpose of returning relevant results. We do not store your location data after the search is complete. Your location is used in the moment and then discarded. Photo Information • Uploaded photos: When you upload a bathroom photo, we store the image on secure cloud hosting for display on the Site. • EXIF data removal: Photos taken with mobile devices often include hidden metadata (EXIF data) that can reveal GPS coordinates, timestamps, and device information. We automatically strip this metadata from uploads to protect your privacy.

Cheeky Loo is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Note: Cheeky Loo's features, such as filtering for "Baby Changing" amenities, describe characteristics of bathrooms, not characteristics of users. We do not collect information about users' children.

Cheeky Loo is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Site, you consent to such transfer.
