By accessing or using the Cheeky Loo website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Cheeky Loo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, or inactive for an extended period.

Cheeky Loo is a platform for reviewing bathroom and restroom facilities in public establishments. All reviews must be based on genuine, firsthand experiences. Reviews must focus on the bathroom facility itself — including cleanliness, accessibility, amenities, and overall condition — and must not target, identify, or reference any individual person. Reviews that contain hate speech, discriminatory language, threats, harassment, defamation, or deliberately false information are strictly prohibited. Cheeky Loo reserves the right to remove any review that violates these guidelines, and repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Users may upload photos as part of their bathroom reviews. All uploaded photos must depict only the bathroom facility itself. The following are strictly prohibited: • Photos containing identifiable people, faces, or body parts • Nudity or sexually explicit content • Photos that invade the privacy of any individual • Content that is violent, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate • Photos not related to the bathroom being reviewed By uploading any photo to Cheeky Loo, you represent and warrant that you have the right to share the image and that it complies with these guidelines. You further agree that all photos uploaded to the Service become the exclusive property of Cheeky Loo and may be used, reproduced, modified, displayed, and distributed at Cheeky Loo's sole discretion, without additional compensation to you. Cheeky Loo reserves the right to remove any photo at any time and for any reason.

When using the Service, you agree not to: • Submit fake, misleading, or spam reviews • Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or circumvent restrictions • Harass, bully, or threaten other users • Attempt to scrape, data-mine, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service • Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Impersonate any person or entity • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service • Circumvent any security measures or access controls Cheeky Loo reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violation, including removing content, suspending accounts, and reporting conduct to law enforcement.

The Cheeky Loo name, logo, branding, website design, and all original content created by Cheeky Loo are the intellectual property of Cheeky Loo and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Cheeky Loo intellectual property without prior written consent. User-submitted reviews remain attributed to the submitting user but Cheeky Loo is granted a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Cheeky Loo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Cheeky Loo makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any user-submitted content, including reviews, ratings, and photos. Use of the Service and reliance on any content therein is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cheeky Loo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability. In no event shall Cheeky Loo's total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Cheeky Loo, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Cheeky Loo allows users to indicate the type of restroom reviewed (e.g., Men's Restroom, Women's Restroom, Gender Neutral, Family Restroom). This information is provided by users based on their experience and observation. Cheeky Loo does not independently verify restroom type designations and makes no guarantee as to their accuracy. Restroom availability, designations, and access policies are determined solely by the establishment and may change without notice. Cheeky Loo is not responsible for any discrepancies between user-reported and actual restroom designations.

Cheeky Loo reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email to registered users. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Cheeky Loo may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the United States. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
